2012 marked the 13th year for the Blue Plum Festival in Johnson City, Tennessee. For me, it was my first time attending, thanks to a little arm twisting from a friend.
This year marks Emily’s 7th recital with Gay Whitt School of Dance. Once again Mrs. Gay allowed me to photograph during their dress rehearsal, she has strict rules about flash photography during the recital, so I grab all I can at the rehearsal. The girls have come so far, and looking back I can see my photography has improved as well.
With the beautiful warm weather upon us now, we finally get to go outside and enjoy some bubbles…
