Once again we are back to Seeger Chapel for the 2011 Dance Recital. I was happy with Emily’s performance in the rehearsal, but she really pulled it out in the recital. She even looked forward to the audience! Of course, I guess all the dancers were looking at the overly excited 11 month old in the 3rd row, next to me…
Another year of dance is in the books for the Barr family, and this year was her best yet! But, I did not expect Ella to take such joy in watching all of the dancers on the stage. Maybe we will have two ballerinas in the home soon… And with any luck, TWICE as much glitter!
We are missing the game this year… With Emily in dance, Girl Scouts, and her involvement with the church youth group, we have decided to skip softball this year. We have so many great memories at the field over the past 5 years though. Right now everything is just activities with friends. Who knows what next year will bring, Softball, Soccer, Ping-Pong? Who knows. But, at least I have some pictures to document all of her activities.
